This policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on ygtlab.com. The site is operated by YGT Laboratuvar Cihazları Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (data controller; see Section 1 of the Information Notice).
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a site. Similar technologies such as browser local storage are also covered here and called "cookies".
2. Cookies we use
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies (no consent needed)
These are needed for the site to work and for a function you requested. They cannot be switched off and none is used for advertising or tracking.

These cookies are not set and the Google tag is not run until you click "Accept" or turn on "Advertising" under Preferences. Information you type in the forms (name, e-mail, phone) is not sent to Google.

2.3 Analytics
No analytics cookies are used on the site at present. If a cookieless, self-hosted measurement tool or another analytics service is introduced, this policy is updated first, and your consent is requested if the tool requires it.
3. Transfers abroad
If you accept advertising cookies, the Google tag sends data (cookie ID, ad click information, visited page, IP address) from your browser to Google's systems outside Türkiye. This depends only on your choice and takes place under Article 9 of Law No. 6698. If you reject, no such transfer occurs.
4. Legal basis
- Necessary cookies: provision of the service and legitimate interests (Law Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f).
- Advertising cookies: only your explicit consent, which is specific (Google Ads conversion measurement), informed and freely given; refusing does not affect your use of the site.
5. Managing your choice
- On your first visit a banner offers Accept, Reject and Preferences with equal prominence. No advertising box is pre-ticked.
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing is as easy as accepting.
- Your choice is remembered for 365 days, then asked again.
- You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Manage Google ad settings at https://adssettings.google.com.
6. Your rights
For your rights under Article 11 of the Law and how to apply, see Sections 7 and 8 of the Information Notice.
