This notice is issued under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law", "KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. It explains how personal data you send us through ygtlab.com and its forms is processed.

2. Personal data processed and how it is collected
Your data is collected partly by automated means: from the information you enter in the quote request, service request and contact forms, and from server records generated while you use the site.

Your quote list is kept only in your browser's local storage while you add products; it is not sent to our server unless you submit a form.
The forms do not request special categories of personal data (health, religion, biometric data, etc.). Please do not enter such information in the message field.
Data processed through cookies is covered by the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes of processing
- Receiving and evaluating your quote request and sending you a quotation.
- Receiving your service or technical support request, recording the device information and replying to you.
- Answering questions and requests sent via the contact form, e-mail or WhatsApp.
- Carrying out order, contract and after-sales processes following your request.
- Ensuring the security of the site and forms, preventing abuse (spam, unauthorised access) and fixing technical faults.
- Retaining the request record to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Form data is not processed for marketing, newsletters or profiling. If a new purpose arises, this notice will be updated and you will be informed separately.

Explicit consent is not required for processing through the forms. The "I have read the Information Notice" box is not a declaration of consent; it only confirms you have seen this notice. Advertising processing through cookies relies solely on the explicit consent you give separately (see the Cookie Policy).
5. Recipients of the data
Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. It may be transferred, to the extent necessary and only for the stated purpose, to:

Transfers abroad: Our e-mail provider's servers may be located outside Türkiye. Any such transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the Law. Advertising cookies you accept send data to Google's systems outside Türkiye; details are in the Cookie Policy.
6. Retention
Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised (Law Art. 7).

7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, by applying to the data controller you may:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request deletion or destruction under Article 7,
- request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
- In writing: a signed petition to YGT Laboratuvar Cihazları Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Ekşioğlu, 75. Sk. 4A, 34794 Çekmeköy, Istanbul, Turkey (in person or via notary).
- KEP (registered e-mail): ygtlaboratuvar@hs01.kep.tr.
- Secure electronic or mobile signature: a signed document sent to info@ygtlab.com.
- From your registered e-mail address: from the address you previously gave us to info@ygtlab.com. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
Your application should include name, signature (for written applications), Turkish ID number (nationality and passport number for foreigners), notification address, e-mail and phone if any, and the subject of the request.
We conclude requests free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest; if the process has a cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your request is rejected, the reply is insufficient or no reply is given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the reply and in any case within 60 days of the application (Law Art. 14). 9. Data security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and unlawful processing: the whole site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), access to the administration interface is limited to authorised persons and restricted network access, and software components are monitored and updated. If data is obtained by unauthorised persons, you and the Board are notified as soon as possible (Law Art. 12/5).
