What we collect
- Forms: When you fill in the quote request, service request or contact form: name, company, e-mail, phone, message, product list and (service form) device brand, model and serial number.
- Server logs: IP address, date and time, browser information, for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies: a necessary cookie to remember your choice; Google Ads advertising cookies only with your consent.
What we use it for
To reply to your request, carry out the quote and service process, keep the site secure and keep records in case of disputes. We do not sell your data; we do not use or share form data for marketing.
Where we keep it and who receives it
Form records are stored on the company's own server in Türkiye and a notification is sent by e-mail to info@ygtlab.com. The e-mail service (Microsoft 365) may run on servers outside Türkiye. Your quote list is stored only in your own browser. If you click the WhatsApp link, the conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own terms.
Your rights
You may ask whether your data is processed, and request correction or deletion, among other rights. Contact info@ygtlab.com or the KEP address ygtlaboratuvar@hs01.kep.tr.
