Cellulose acetate combines high flow rates and thermal stability with very low adsorption and suits filtration of aqueous solutions. The 0.22 µm CA membrane is especially suited to sterilising aqueous solutions, buffers, sera and media. The manufacturer states a pH range of 3-7 and ≤ 50 °C.
