DEGASi® LifeSci NG is a stand-alone inline vacuum degasser of the Biotech Fluidics DEGASi NG family; it removes dissolved gases continuously with a constant vacuum applied over a gas-permeable Systec™ AF membrane (a silicone membrane in the HighFlow 1000 and LifeSci models). Thanks to a silicone-type tubular membrane the flow path is free of metals and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS); designed for life science applications such as clinical chemistry, immunoassays, flow cytometry, next-generation sequencing (NGS), spatial biology and proteomics. For neutral aqueous solutions only; not compatible with organic solvents in higher concentrations or with pH away from neutral. Complies with RoHS and REACH. It has patented closed-loop vacuum control, leak and error detection and a bicolour status LED, and is CE and RoHS compatible.
