DEGASi® Prep+ NG is a stand-alone inline vacuum degasser of the Biotech Fluidics DEGASi NG family; it removes dissolved gases continuously with a constant vacuum applied over a gas-permeable Systec™ AF membrane (a silicone membrane in the HighFlow 1000 and LifeSci models). Configurable with 1, 2 or 4 channels, each with an internal volume of 22 mL. Compatible with aqueous-organic liquids and organic solvents including hexane. The standard model has 1/4-28 flat-bottom ports for 1/8" OD tubing (up to 75 mL/min per channel); Large has 5/16-24 ports for 3/16" tubing; XLarge has 1/2-20 ports for 1/4" tubing. The AUX model adds an auxiliary analytical channel. It has patented closed-loop vacuum control, leak and error detection and a bicolour status LED, and is CE and RoHS compatible.
