DEGASi® Semi-Prep NG is a stand-alone inline vacuum degasser of the Biotech Fluidics DEGASi NG family; it removes dissolved gases continuously with a constant vacuum applied over a gas-permeable Systec™ AF membrane (a silicone membrane in the HighFlow 1000 and LifeSci models). Designed for reversed-phase HPLC and ion chromatography at flow rates in the range of 3-6 mL/min. The biocompatible flow path is compatible with aqueous-organic liquids but not with hexane and similar organic solvents. It has patented closed-loop vacuum control, leak and error detection and a bicolour status LED, and is CE and RoHS compatible.
