A modular hardness tester for elastomers, plastics, flexible materials, composites and foams. Measuring devices are exchanged without tools in a few steps, and the electronic unit recognises the fitted device and adjusts the method automatically. Measurements are largely operator-independent, data is transferred via USB and to the BareissOne software, and samples from 0.7 mm thickness can be measured.
