Dye laser cells must be made extremely accurately, with a surface flatness that extends to the edge of the cell. Many of the fluorometer type cells in the catalog may be used for laser applications; to ensure optical flatness, the dye laser cells carry the prefix DLC and have a 20/10 scratch/dig window polish. The DLC-3-Q-10 is supplied with a PTFE lid and the others in the top row with a PTFE stopper; DLC300-Q-20 and -40 are supplied without a lid.
