The High Flow 1000 degassing chamber is a multi-lumen silicone degassing chamber suitable for flow rates up to 1000 mL/min, optimised for water and aqueous buffers; alcohols such as methanol, ethanol and iso-propanol can only be used up to 5% (w/w) continuously and up to 10% during cleaning cycles. Because of the silicone membrane the maximum overpressure in the fluidic path is 1 bar. Internal volume 22 mL with barbed end connectors for 8 mm ID tubing. The DEGASi® High Flow 1000 stand-alone degasser incorporates this chamber.
