The Mini degassing chamber is designed for capillary, analytical and semi-preparative conditions, with flow rates up to 6 mL/min, and is easy to prime thanks to a very low internal volume (<3% of PTFE designs with similar capacity). Single-lumen Systec™ AF tubular membranes give internal volumes from 6 µL to 925 µL; wetted materials are Systec™ AF, PEEK and glass-filled PTFE or glass-filled PPS and FEP. Some designs are completely metal-free and biocompatible, others contain stainless-steel stents for compatibility with alkanes such as hexane and with HFIP. Most have 1/4-28 flat-bottom ports; the two lowest-volume models have 10-32 coned ports. They are built into the DEGASi® Plus, Integration, BioCompact and Prep+ (AUX) degassers and OEM degassers.
