The TTS (Tableting Tool Scanner) is a laser measurement system that determines the exact debossing dimension (functional length) and the overall length in one measuring process, needing a third of the time of manual measurement. The TTM (Tableting Tool Manager) is the measurement and management software that records operating time, failures and repairs and enables resource management for presses, turrets and whole rooms. The current version TTM20 is SQL based, and tools can be provided with DataMatrix coding.
