Triangular fluorometer cells, Type 4 (open top) or Type 24 (PTFE stopper), are useful for front surface fluorescence measurement, a technique where the sample face is excited at an angle of 45° to the excitation and emission paths. Dual path length cells Types 52 and 53 allow both fluorescence and absorbance measurements with small volumes, with a 10 mm path in one direction and a smaller path length at 90°. All four windows are clear; Type 53 is supplied with a PTFE stopper.
