Silica-based, irregular, endcapped cyanopropyl phase: particle size 50 µm, pore size 60 Å, carbon 7%. It is less polar than silica and less hydrophobic than C18 and C8, and is used to extract acidic, neutral and basic compounds from aqueous solutions.
