Plugs close off unused ports in valves and multi-port connectors or seal columns to prevent them from drying out; caps cover open tubing ends to avoid exposure to air. Plugs are available in several materials for flat-bottom ports 6-40, 10-32, 1/4-28, M6x1 and 5/16-24 and coned ports 6-32 and 10-32; ETFE caps for 10-32, 1/4-28 and M6x1.
