FaSSIF, FeSSIF and FaSSGF are dissolution media that simulate human gut fluids and contain physiological surfactants (bile salts and lecithin) to simulate these fluids much more accurately than conventional media. 3F Powder is used with buffer concentrates; the foil laminate packaging maintains freshness and stability. 14 g of powder makes 6 L of FaSSIF, 1.2 L of FeSSIF or more than 200 L of FaSSGF; 70 g makes 30 L of FaSSIF, 6 L of FeSSIF or more than 1000 L of FaSSGF.
