At a product change only certain change parts are fitted, and 25 pocket guides with 20 rotation guides position different shapes with one tooling set. Defect criteria are set per product and stored as recipes. The manufacturer states that the system can be connected to existing line equipment such as tablet presses, coating machines and conveyors.
